AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is actively seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team full-time at Tandem Living in Lancaster, PA.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and progress
- Maintain compliance with all facility and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Pennsylvania SLP License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CF candidates may be considered depending on facility needs
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation success
