What You'll Do:
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services.
- Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall function.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing staff, and physicians.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
- Educate residents and families on treatment goals and progress.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living experience preferred but not required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
