Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

Deliver in-home physical therapy as prescribed by physicians.
Evaluate and treat patients with functional impairments.
Promote independence and improved quality of life.
Develop customized care plans and document patient progress.
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and ensure care quality.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications:

What You Bring:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania.
Passion for compassionate, patient-centered care.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
