Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time
Location: Westmoreland Manor | Greensburg, PA

AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team full-time at Westmoreland Manor in Greensburg, PA.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a strong, supportive therapy team in a well-established skilled nursing facility where your work truly makes a difference in residents’ daily lives.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
Assist residents in improving independence with daily living activities
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient progress and outcomes
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Educate patients, families, and caregivers as needed
Maintain compliance with all facility and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current Pennsylvania COTA License (or eligibility to obtain)
Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation success
