AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at St. Joseph Manor. Responsibilities:
  • Implement occupational therapy treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve residents' functional abilities and independence.
  • Document patient progress accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Educate residents and caregivers on treatment techniques and home programs.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current Pennsylvania COTA license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for serving the geriatric population.
  • Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living experience preferred but not required.
